Eastern Rockies Cup Final set for November 9, 2019

The 2019 Eastern Rockies Cup finals weekend is set. The Denver Barbarians are set to face the Denver Misfits for this year's cup championship at 5:00 PM at Infinity Park South (turf field). Last year's runner-up, the Colorado Springs Grizzlies, will take on the Queen City Rams at 3:00 PM for the Eastern Rockies Plate.

In 2018, Boulder Rugby rode the momentum from its Eastern Rockies Cup championship win into representing the RMR Premiership in the Frontier Championship (USA Rugby Round of 16). Similarly, last year's runner-up, Colorado Springs, used the event to gain additional reps as it reloaded its club into an undefeated 2019 RMR Championship campaign and 6-1 overall Fall record. Notably, the Grizzlies defeated the Barbos on October 5 but came up one standings point shy of taking their pool title. Will the Barbos or Misfits similarly ride this appearance into 2020?
