Demonstrated commitment to strengthen rugby as a whole in ERRFU. 2. Demonstrated a commitment to strengthen rugby as a whole in the Western, National or International arena. 3. Demonstrated a love of the game by the outstanding contribution(s) made to the game at any one or more levels that include the following: coaching/refereeing/ administration/financial/leadership/sponsorship/etc., for women's/men's/youth/high school/college/club/select side/national levels. 4. Organized multiple short and long term events. 5. Served in union administrative positions; president, vp, secretary, treasurer, others. |
