Changing Matches: Men's Senior Clubs
The union has set standardized kickoff times (and dates) for all matches this year. You can see those set times on the 'Referees' tab portion of the schedule document sent to your club in June. If you do not like your set time (and/or date), or cannot accommodate it with your facility, you must get approval from the union to change the time at least 30 days before the match is played. Most of the times (and dates) are set around the clubs competing with multiple sides, and schedule change requests affect those clubs accordingly.
In order to get approval from RMR, both your club and your opponent must submit a time change approval to [email protected]. If a match official has been assigned to your match, you must also notify them and/or gain their approval by the policies outlined by RMRRS.

For non men's-club matches in RMR, match times must only be approved by your opponent and any affected match official(s).
