As of 2017, this form is only intended for use by match officials not assigned by the Rocky Mountain Rugby Referee Society - or those not linked to the RMRRS whostheref account - who cover matches governed by Rocky Mountain Rugby. 95+% of all match reports should be filed through the whostheref platform utilized by RMRRS.
