Rocky Mountain Rugby nominates 7 individuals for Senior Club Rugby National Council committee positions

Rocky Mountain Rugby is proud to endorse the following individuals as candidates for the associated committees of the USA Rugby Senior Club Rugby National Council:

Audit & Risk: Steve Swartz
Competitions: Howard Kent
Discipline: Charlie Haupt
Eligibility: Jamie Burke
Governance & Operations: Jeanna Beard; Tracy Curtis
Training & Education: Lisa Rosen

All candidates will be evaluated by their committee chairs for inclusion on their respective committees, with oversight by the council's Executive Committee. The Senior Club Rugby National Council is expected to approve and/or ratify the selections made by the committee chairs by the end of September. In addition to the 7 nominees endorsed by Rocky Mountain Rugby for consideration of committee roles, current RMR President Erik Geib was previously elected by the council to chair the Competitions Committee. In total, RMR previously endorsed three individuals for roles as committee chairs.

Of note, Rocky Mountain Rugby did not nominate an individual to the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Committee for this cycle but is committed to creating a Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Director role within the union and nominating that individual in to future iterations of the national DE&I committee.
