On Sunday, March 1, 2015, Rocky Mountain Rugby will host its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Cambria Inn & Suites, located at 16001 E 40th Ave, Aurora, CO 80011. The meeting will take place from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm.
The preliminary agenda for the meeting is as follows:
1. President’s Report
2. Treasurer’s Report
3. Men’s Report—D2 and D3, PRP
4. Women’s Report—WPL, ACR 3 Women
5. Mountain Report
6. College Men—D1A, NSCRO and DII
7. College Women—DI and DII
8. Referee Report
9. Sevens Report—Denver 7s and City 7s
10. Initiatives
A. Kick Off Tournament
B. Hall of Fame
If you would like anything added to the agenda, please contact Rich Cortez (tez@wyoming.com). If you cannot make the meeting in person, please inform your representative and a call-in number will be distributed to you. The union will also attempt to make a Google hangout for the event.
Also, if you have made any changes to your league schedule, please notify your representative and the referee society immediately.
